**MEDICAL ADMINISTRATION PROFESSIONAL**
Our main office is in Miranda, with smaller practices located in Engadine and Sans Souci. Flexibility to work across all sites is essential.
- **Key tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:_
- Acting as first point of contact for patients
- Booking patient appointments for the Cardiologists, Cardiac Sonographers and Cardiac Technicians, using the Shexie PMS platform
- Handling a large volume of telephone and internet enquiries
- Booking patients for hospital procedures
- Confirming patient appointments
- Minimal dictaphone report typing using Olympus transcription software
- Invoicing and receipting of patient accounts
- End-of-day banking
- Scanning and electronic filing

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
