This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in sourcing and procuring ICT solutions, including hardware, software, and IT services, with a focus on high-value or complex projects. This includes a strong understanding of the technology landscape and vendor management.

**Key accountabilities**:

- **Provide expert advice across all procurement activities for a high-value ICT project, including process, compliance, policy and approval frameworks.**
- **Support end-to-end procurement delivery, including document development, technical and financial evaluation and contract negotiation.**
- **Undertake appropriate sourcing activities which generate operational efficiencies, achieve financial savings and deliver value for money outcomes through insight and analysis.**
- **Provide probity oversight & risk analysis, including mitigation strategy development.**
- **Seek continuous improvement opportunities and ways to innovate and encourages others to do the same.**
- **Establish and maintain strong relationships in order to strengthen the business partnering approach to procurement.**
- **Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.**
- **Manage stakeholders through effective negotiation and influence.**
- **Manage cross-functional delivery of departmental policies and services impacted by sensitive and complex issues.**
- **Demonstrate an understanding of Category Management principles.**
