**About us**

Felix is a 50-seater restaurant & bar tucked up Downes Lane, within Geelong’s bustling Lt. Malop St precinct. We opened in May 2021 and are looking to expand operations and our team into 2024 and beyond.

Our menu is French inspired, sourcing the freshest ingredients. The drinks list evolves constantly and is inspired by the best small-scale wineries, breweries and cocktail bars from around the globe.

We are proud to be the sister restaurant to Alma, a South American inspired restaurant who has been quietly kicking goals since 2017 and our newest addition to the group, Barwon Edge. Despite our unique food & drink offerings we share the same ethos of providing great value for money in a warm and welcoming environment.

We're looking for an experienced restaurant supervisor. We want someone who will bring their passion for food & drinks, warm personality & strong sense of professionalism to the team.
- You can comfortably manage a section in an a la carte setting
- You have experience taking/managing bookings and juggling floorplans
- You can delegate tasks to team members and communicate respectfully, even when busy
- You will have a keen eye for detail and an intuition for guest satisfaction

Bonus points

We will give you bonus points for:

- experience and/or formal training in wine, beer & spirits tasting as well as cocktail making and development
- experience in fine dining
- a love of dad jokes.

At the end of the day experience is important to us - but is not a deal breaker. We believe that passion, attitude and a desire to learn are just as important as your last job.
