Position: Full Time Wait Staff / Section Waiter

We're excited to announce the upcoming opening of Pizza & Mandi House Geelong, a brand-new dining destination bringing together the bold flavours of Middle Eastern Mandi and Italian-inspired pizza — all under one vibrant roof.

As we prepare to open our doors, we're building a passionate and professional Front of House team that shares our love for great food and genuine hospitality.

About the Role

As a Section Waiter, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences — from warm greetings to attentive service and smooth table operations.

You'll manage your own section, assist with daily service setup, and ensure guests enjoy a memorable visit from start to finish.

Hours: Lunch & Dinner shifts, Wednesday to Sunday

(Weekend availability is essential)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a-la-carte or fast-paced dining
  • Confident with three-plate carry and customer service flow
  • Knowledge of POS systems (Square / Lightspeed / OrderMate preferred)
  • Interest in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional under pressure
  • Valid Victorian RSA certificate
