**The Opportunity**:
In this role you will be providing facilities management and services that is expected within the capabilities & qualifications of the role to cater for the day to day needs of the maintenance team.

**The Accountabilities**:

- Driving a continuous improvement culture to drive results, whilst meeting safety, quality and downtime of the lines.
- Ensure compliance to all food production regulatory requirements related to building services
- Management of building services maintenance (HVAC, building, trade waste, plus other)
- Completion of admin tasks - Reporting, Database entry and certificate governance, quotes, invoicing
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management

**The Ingredients for Success**:
Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Previous Contractor Management skills and supervision experience is highly desirable
- Someone who has a can-do attitude
- Performing the duties associated with raising work orders, purchase orders and permits, raise work orders for repairs required (SAP)
- The ability to demonstrate your excellent problem solving skills and high eye for detail
