Now, seeking an Office Supervisor to join the Malvern team. You will be working toward the delivery of a best practice model for all administration services to all patients, referrers, and customers.

**The Role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an
**Office Supervisor** to join this busy and superb Medical Imaging practice located in Malvern. You will be among a large administrative team, supported by senior management, whilst working closely with radiologists, radiographers, and nurses. We encourage you to explore this opportunity and the world of Medical Imaging as a pathway to your career. In this role, you would be keen to support, act as a confident all-rounder, and be prepared to take on a variety of senior supervisory tasks. The role would typically suit you if you had previous Medical Receptionist experience and are ready to progress your career to a senior position. **Duties**

This role requires on-site presence, to successfully support the ongoing daily practice tasks.
- Daily Duties Include but are not limited to:_
- Lead and supervise all administrative duties, supporting the admin team, and ensuring the running of all office tasks are executed with precision.
- Fabulous customer service skills, with patience, empathy, and compassion at the core.
- Manage and maintain appointment schedules, set up new files, and diary entries and ensure a streamlined best-practice approach.
- Time management wizard and magical organisational skills.
- A learning mindset, a sense of self-awareness and the confidence to communicate effectively.
