Designed for effortless living, Laneways by Ovolo features 48 guest rooms and Amphlett house, an upbeat place for guests to gather over humble, honest fare and vibrant libations on tap.
**The Gig**
We are looking for a savvy **Front Office Supervisor** to join our incredible Hotel. The spaces are like no other, with a fantastic team to supervise. This is a leadership role that will give room and scope to grow and have significant input into the evolution of our hotel brand in Australia. You will be responsible for managing front office operations and act in absence of senior management. This a **Full-Time** role and will require flexibility within availability. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- To assist as directed, to train, schedule, support, and monitor the performance of Front Office team.
- Assist with daily administration tasks
- Checking in & out guests, assigning rooms, pre-registering VIP's, comp rooms & attending to special requests
- Handling of cash, credit and check transactions
- Ensuring daily checklist is completed to satisfactory level
- Familiarize yourself with hotel offerings to provide guests with appropriate information to increase revenue & customer satisfaction
- To maintain awareness of current business level, and to familiarize yourself with all functions and procedures of Emergency & WHS
- Provide assistance to other hotel departments such as reservations, housekeeping and F&B when required
