Work and Be Paid While Gaining Your Qualification - Long Term Career Opportunity - Central Alexandria Location **The Client** We are currently seeking to recruit a number of Human Resources Trainees to join a global leader in international freight forwarding and logistics while completing a Certificate III in International Freight Forwarding. **The Position** Reporting to the Human Resources Manager you will be given formal and "on the job" training to develop your skills allowing you to support the team by: - Assisting with the recruitment needs of the organisation - Offering support to internal customers - Assisting with onboarding of new hires and Offboarding of Employees - Diary management & booking of meetings, organising catering, travel support - Support Employee Development & Training administration when required and being an advocate of a learning culture - Additional duties as required by management - Maintaining and updating employee records and data bases - Offering support to employees & Business Partners - Administration support of creation and filing of employee documents - Participate in Projects as required - Perform quality checks of system data - Reporting creation and support - Supporting the central mailbox **The Requirements** - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Desire to pursue a long term career in Human Resources - Previous experience in Human Resources is an advantage - Positive and dedicated attitude with the ability to work independently - Professional and committed disposition **On Offer** - A fantastic opportunity in a company that will be sure to impress - Employing staff nationally this company is a leader in logistics - Professional and friendly atmosphere - The opportunity to develop a long term career in Human Resources - Training to take place during work hours - Formal qualifications
