**The Position**

**St John of God Murdoch Hospita**l has an excellent reputation, benefits from being located in the fastest growing area of Perth and is conveniently positioned next door to the State’s flagship Fiona Stanley Hospital.
- We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join the Theatre team. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for provision of a high-level of administration support to the relevant department.
- This role will be offered on a permanent part-time basis, working 18 hours over 3 days per week on te PM shift (2:30pm til 8:30pm)
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Advanced skills and knowledge with a range of computer packages, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Sound analytical and report writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Well-developed organisational skills, with an ability to manage your own workflow and cope with competing demands.
