About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Marketing Assistant to join our Singleton-based team. This is perfect for those who thrive in a vibrant and successful environment and want to be a part of a fun and collaborative team.
The Marketing Assistant will also enjoy working closely alongside the leadership and sales team and partnering with them to accelerate and expand opportunities.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Social Media posts and reporting
- Monthly EDMs on newsletters and promotions
- Creating communication materials in digital and printed media - forms and brochures
- Preferred but not required; experience in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and Basic Video Editing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Day-to-day administrative activities include ordering promotional items, printed stock, staff clothing etc.
- Preparations for exhibition events
- Collaborating with the marketing manager

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years experience in Marketing
- Passionate about making connections with potential clients
- A self-starter
- Basic Graphic skills
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
- Reliability and accountability
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies and a passion for using technology to improve work efficiency
- Thrives on new challenges with a strong desire to learn new ways of working.
