This role blends design expertise with a hands on approach to sales and customer service in a stylish, inspiring environment.

We are a one stop shop for all things Kitchens, Bathrooms and Laundries with a vast range of premium flooring, tiles, tapware and accessories available. Our showroom at 31 John Street Singleton is constantly evolving, offering inspiration and ideas to make our clients vision a reality.

What You'll Do:

• Be the primary point of contact for new and returning clients visiting our showroom, managing the front end of the sales process with professionalism and flair
• From the initial inquiry through to design consultation and quoting, you'll collaborate with homeowners, builders and suppliers to create concept designs to bring renovation and extension projects to life
• Play a pivotal role in assisting clients to navigate the journey of designing their dream home to match their budget, lifestyle and location
• Support the scheduling and coordination of projects to ensure timelines and expectations are met
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the design, selection, construction and handover process
• Help manage and maintain showroom presentation and design samples
• Assist with social media and marketing
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
• Maintain knowledge of custom home-building processes, materials, and design trends
• Work closely with and learn from an experienced team member during your initial training
• This is a full-time position, the successful candidate will be required to work at our Singleton Showroom Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1-2 years proven sales experience in design, building or similar retail environment
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Interior Design experience, qualification preferred but not required
• Warm, approachable and full of creative energy
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Creative flair and a passion for delivering well-considered solutions
• Experience with social media and marketing
• Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
