Maintenance Officer

We are seeking part-time Maintenance Officer at our Aveo Domaine Retirement Village community, located in Doncaster, VIC.

**About the role**:

- **Part-time position - 09:00 - 17:00, 3 days a week (you choose the days)**:

- You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects undertaken are safe, timely and completed to a high standard
- Oversee maintenance work undertaken by Contractors within the community
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules
- Be a friendly face to the residents and work alongside a fantastic team
- Please note - this is not a gardening role.

**About you**:

- Experience in General Maintenance and 'Handyperson' roles (highly desired)
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple requests
- Trade qualifications (desired)
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but if you do not have one, we can complete for you)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required)
