**About the role**:
The Organisational Maintenance Advisor is accountable for developing key Organisational Maintenance principles and processes as well as educating stakeholders, business line leads of org responsibilities - ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of org/position data across Coles group. The role is responsible for executing Org related change requests, driven by minor to large scale restructuring initiatives.
The role is a key stakeholder and consultant to large transformation projects - using Org and general HR experience to ensure all activities and timelines are captured during planning phases, and org team tasks are appropriately executed.

**About you and your skills**:

- Prior experience within HR necessary. HR Generalist or Org Design experience preferred.
- Background across in HR/Payroll System Administration teams supporting major Integrated HCM solutions.
- Good written, verbal and numerical skills, strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) essential.
- Experience of maintaining HR databases, administering HR systems and processes is required
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of HR systems (ideally SuccessFactors) with demonstrated expertise in Microsoft office suite, in-particular Excel
- Advanced analytics skills and an understanding of how the information can contribute to the development of HR strategy, programs and day-to-day policy
