Our client, a diverse Manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to oversee the HR function and partner closely with Business Leaders.

This is a role in which you can make decisions. The company culture is very supportive, and everyone's contribution is valued. It's based in Western Sydney and offers the option to work from home 1 day per week.

**The Role**

The HR Manager role covers HR Operations across the full employee lifecycle, with key responsibilities including:

- Provide advice on a range of HR matters, coaching and guiding managers
- Manage Talent, from Recruitment to Succession Planning and Retention
- Partner with leaders on Performance Management
- Support with Workforce Planning
- Support managers with Award interpretation and advise on the relevant Award
- Develop and implement HR processes, policies and procedures
- Support with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Oversee Payroll
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Provide insightful HR data and analytics
- Take the lead on HR projects

**The Individual**

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in an Operational HR Manager, HR Business Partner or a similar standalone role and will be confident advising on a range of HR matters. Experience within the Manufacturing industry or a similar industry will be extremely beneficial. Experience with the Manufacturing Award and overseeing Payroll is also desirable.
