**Description**:
About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer to join us as an Assistant Brand Manager within the Naturopathica team.

Learn in a practical, hands-on environment with real ownership of what you do.
You will have ownership of key projects and outcomes to develop and implement strategies for new and existing products
Analysis of sales and results, general administration, and budget management will also be a key part of this role.
Full end to end Brand Management responsibility, with a focus on new product development, forecasting, marketing plans and sales targets

Leading projects that encompass stakeholders across Sales, Finance, R&D & Innovation, Category, Supply Chain and exposure to Senior Management

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

Marketing or business related degree is essential
1-2 years’ experience as a Marketing Assistant, Graduate or similar
Ideally coming from a consumer products background - FMCG/OTC is preferred but is not a prerequisite
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same
General understanding of budgets and the process of budgets and forecasts
Excellent organisation and project management skills
Solid understanding and experience with marketing plans including promotional materials, collateral and merchandise
Strong PC skills and Intermediate skills in excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of data programs is an advantage, and experience in analyzing data and market segments
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Passionate, motivated and wanting to learn with a drive for achievement and results
