**Description**:
About the role

You will execute marketing activities to drive the long-term success of Nature's Way - Kids Smart, developing and implementing activities across all aspects of the marketing mix to learn and develop your marketing skills.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager some of the day-to-day tasks will include:
Analysis tracking of weekly scan sales (Aztec Reports)
Forecasting & Stock control Analysis
Support sales force with information/requests
Manage and implement POS strategies and designs
Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products
Implement the brand’s digital marketing, social media and other media campaigns
Manage work flow of creative design through the internal graphics studio
Manage external partnerships on a daily basis
Assist in management of catalogue artwork for Nature’s Way
Manage brand component of Product Manual, One pagers and SKU library
Track and monitor monthly A&P spend
Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join our team

1+ years as an Assistant Brand Manager or similar
Experience and understanding FMCG and OTC products or Complementary Medicine
Solid understanding and experience with marketing plans including promotional materials, collateral and merchandise
General understanding of budgets and the process of budgets and forecasts
Knowledge of data programs is an advantage, and experience in analyzing data and market segments
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisation and project management skills
Exceptional communication skills and the
Ability to deal with people from different backgrounds
Ability to deal with other internal departments.
Excellent customer service skills
