Our client is seeking a talented and passionate Data Analyst to join their Sustainability team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage data analytics and insights to drive sustainability initiatives and promote environmental stewardship.

As a Data Analyst - Sustainability, you will play a critical role in analysing environmental data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to support decision-making and drive positive environmental impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, clean, and analyse environmental data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sustainability metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess the environmental performance of projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability considerations into business processes and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization to enhance environmental sustainability across operations.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, goals, and targets.
- Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports, disclosures, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory developments in sustainability and environmental management.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their sustainability goals and challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Participate in sustainability audits, assessments, and certifications to ensure compliance and promote accountability.
- Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing initiatives to promote awareness and understanding of sustainability issues and solutions.
- Collaborate with technology teams to leverage innovative tools and platforms for data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on sustainability data management, analysis, and reporting best practices.
- Foster a culture of sustainability and environmental stewardship within the organization, promoting awareness and engagement among employees.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the sustainability or environmental management field.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
- Knowledge of environmental sustainability principles, practices, and standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
