**What You Will Be Doing**

The Customer Service - Administrative Assistant provides customer service support to a wide range of people including residents/patients and family members, health professionals, reception, and other Peninsula Health departments as required.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Ability to take direction and understand the scope of the role.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with a wide range of people, including co-workers, health professionals, patients and family members.
- Ability to use initiative and solve problems.
- Proven ability to prioritise, schedule and perform work to meet deadlines, and work within a team environment.
- Confident using IT equipment and troubleshooting and communicating basic IT concepts to users (Desirable)
