**What does the role involve?**

The focus of this role is providing inbound customer care and support on behalf of a leading financial institution in Australia.

Reporting to the Team Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer general banking enquiries.
- Investigating and resolving customer enquiries and complaints.
- Educating customers on digital self-service options.
- Working towards key performance targets, including customer service star rating and call handling.

- The ability to deliver customer focused solutions in a timely manner.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Flexibility to be rostered to work Monday to Friday with weekends optional
- The ability to learn new computer systems and navigate them efficiently and accurately.
- Demonstrated problem solving and resilience.
- A team player and have a proactive and energetic approach to the day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $23.52 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

- Australia (required)
