This office-based role supports the customer service and admin team through administrative tasks ranging from answering incoming calls, creating purchase orders, liaising with customers and clients, scheduling jobs and lots more
**Skills and Experience**:
- Customer Service or Reception experience in a professional environment, with strong administrative skills and experience
- Professional telephone skills and communication skills
- High-level computer skills - MS Word, Excel & MS Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- MYOB experience (preferred but not essential)
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Answering inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Assisting with enquiries in a professional and helpful manner
- Taking orders from customers and creating purchase orders
- Entering invoices into MYOB
- Liaising with technicians and following up when required
- Other Ad-hoc duties
