**Scope**:
Netsol is seeking a confident and self-motivated person to join our team in this dynamic role.
As Customer Service Administrator, you will be working within the Client Services team, reporting to the General Manager, and performing other general administrative tasks as required.
This role is an ideal opportunity if you are a bright personality, seeking a role in which to broaden your administration skills and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities supporting the Client Services team will include but not be limited to:
- Order processing, tracking and warehouse receipting
- Coordinating couriers and delivery tracking
- Produce appropriate reporting for clients and management
- Other office administration duties may be assigned to meet business needs
**Skills/Experience**:
- Commitment to quality, customer service and team support
- Must communicate effectively and anticipate needs of co-workers and customers
- Clear and effective written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone skills and customer service etiquette
- Ability to nurture relationships with customers and suppliers
- Excellent follow through on tasks assigned
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Good PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
**Role Requirements**:
- Australian Permanent Resident
- Satisfactory Security Clearance
**Security Clearance Compulsory**:
All Netsol employees must complete a satisfactory National Police Record Check with no reportable findings.
**Hours**:
This role is a full-time onsite position with all the relevant benefits.
8.30am to 5.30pm
**Location**:
Role available in Melbourne.
