Cluster and Community Team Lead

We’re on the lookout for our next retail unicornA natural leader of leaders who thrives on building a community, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional results. As our Cluster and Community Team Lead, you’ll oversee three of our retail stores (Indooroopilly, Karrinyup and Fitzroy), supporting and coaching Store Managers to create unforgettable experiences for our community, while keeping operations running smoothly across the cluster.

This role is based at our Fitzroy store, our flagship hub for community connection, but you’ll also be the guiding force for Indooroopilly and Karrinyup, ensuring consistency, motivation, and momentum across the team.

If you’ve seen our socials, you’ll know our retail team are absolute naturals when it comes to content creation, from behind-the-scenes reels to styling videos and in-store moments that make our community feel like insiders. In this role, you’ll take the lead on driving content creation in our Fitzroy flagship, bringing the vibrancy of in-store life to our online audience while building connection and excitement around everything we do.

**Day to day, you would**:

- Champion our brand values and ensure they’re lived and breathed in every store: Colour outside the lines, Move the needle, You can sit with us, Create a memorable experience, Find the better way & Embrace play
- Lead and inspire Store Managers with weekly check-ins, coaching, and motivation to keep teams on track and performing at their best
- Drive sales, KPIs and community engagement across the cluster by leading by example
- Build Fitzroy as a true flagship store - a place for events, activations, and connection with our community
- Maintain operational excellence across stores, from rostering and payroll to stock control and VM standards
- Create a pipeline of talent by supporting the development of Store Managers and their teams
- Update and evolve procedure guides to support consistency across stores

**About you**:

- You’re an experienced multi-site retail leader or a strong Store Manager ready for the next step
- You’re obsessed with creating memorable customer experiences and building a community
- You’ve got a proven track record in hitting sales targets and lifting team performance
- You thrive on coaching and developing others, and you lead with empathy and energy
- You’re organized & commercially minded. Confidence working with reporting tools like Shopify, Kepler Analytics and Cin7 is a bonus

- Previous content creation experience would be a huge bonus
