As a Member Benefits Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our Member Benefits program strategy. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving the success of our program initiatives. _This role is being offered as a _full time_ permanent opportunity based _i_n_ West Perth, with flexible working options._
- What will you be doing?- Support the execution of our Member Benefits program strategy, including partner objectives, through various communication channels.-
- Keep our member offers and content up-to-date across multiple platforms, including our intranet, website (Sitecore), and social media channels.-
- Coordinate the production of promotional materials and manage schedules for effective campaign deployment.-
- Dive into data analysis using tools like Power Bi and Google Analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and provide valuable insights.-
- Foster strong relationships with key suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure program success and member satisfaction.-
- Perform general administrative tasks such as, Handling enquiries/feedback promptly & demonstrating our commitment to an excellent member experience.- What are we looking for?
