**About the opportunity**
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join one of Australia’s top employers. The Head of Mental Health, Wellbeing and Corporate Safety will have two key accountabilities in the role. One major accountability will focus on development and implementation of the mental health and wellbeing strategy for the Australia Post Group, with an enterprise-wide focus. The second key accountability will be setting safety strategy and functional activities for the corporate functions of Australia Post.
In addition, the role is accountable for identifying and managing relationships with high profile external community partnerships such as Beyond Blue as part of the broader strategy to influence positive wellbeing outcomes.

**You’ll also**
- Responsible for the development and execution of the mental health and wellbeing strategy for Australia Post
- Executing on the enterprise Safety strategy for the Corporate functions, partnering with relevant leadership teams.
- Psycho-social risk assessment and recommending evidence-based approach to address mental health outcomes across the Enterprise, in specific business units and roles, and across the career life cycle.
**About you**
You will be passionate about health and safety and dedicated to creating positive, inclusive and safe working environments. You will have several years of experience demonstrating wellbeing strategies implemented into large organisations and the positive impact these have had on team members in organisations.
**You’ll also need**
- Experience leading a wellbeing team, driving programs and implementing change in a large and complex organisation
- Strong understanding of best practice approaches to safety, mental health and wellbeing in an organisational context
- Exposure to C-suite - provide thought leadership and advice
