**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**ABOUT YOU**:

- You will be an experienced IR/ER professional with very strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills. You will be outcome driven with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. You will have a relevant qualification and a demonstrated robust understanding of the Australian industrial and employment landscape including the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and Awards with a passion for providing high quality and best practice support.
