**Property Administrator**

THE POSITION
- Manage accommodation bookings, check-ins, and check-outs for village residents and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to occupancy, maintenance, and property use.
- Liaise with contractors, site teams, and village management to support daily operations.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, data entry, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and village standards for safety and service.

THE PERSON
- Previous experience in administration, accommodation management, or facilities coordination.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working in a remote or regional setting, ideally with exposure to mining or village environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking or property management systems (or quick to learn new systems).
