**About The Role**:
**We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team. Whilst you will initially be based on our iconic Brisbane CBD based Waterfront project, this is a long term career opportunity with John Holland.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the project office
- Maintaining project office security by following procedures and controlling access to the building eg issuing visitor badges and following visitor sign in procedures
- Maintaining an asset register and managing IT software and hardware distribution for project office to ensure equipment is re-assigned where possible.
- Assisting in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, monthly internal and external reports, presentations, and/or publications relevant to the project’s operations.
- Processing expenses and invoices
- Entering Subcontract Claims in PCR
- Consolidating Cost Accruals
- Entering Cost And Revenue Accruals in PCR

**About You**:

- Will have demonstrated experience working in similar roles
- Experience in financial administration would be advantageous
