We’re looking for an **Installations Coordinator** to oversee the efficient execution of installations and services. You will play a vital role in ensuring all requirements are met for our installers and deliver on our promise to our customers within a timely manner, in the most efficient way.** **This role will see you working closely with our customers and installers, requiring you to develop strong relationships in order to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the first point of contact for our customers regarding installations.
- Communicating with installers regarding their work requirements and schedules.
- Liaising with customers in regard to site expectations and the time management of jobs.
- Maintenance of records with accuracy and other administrative tasks as required
- Updating our customers on service delivery, progress of delivery and completion reports.

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Strong customer service aptitude
- Ability to plan, organise and monitor service delivery.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Knowledge of a CRM will be advantageous
