**Description**:
About the role
Based in Dandenong VIC & reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard to support service demand.
This challenging and diverse role offers a variety of work, both on and off the tools.
**As a Team Leader, you will**:

- Providing pricing & quotations for new and existing customers, with a view of converting all sales opportunities and adding value for the customer
- Ensure all installation & maintenance activities are completed in accordance with Onsite policies, processes, and procedures
- Deliver installation projects within budget and as per agreed schedules
- Resolve any service issues with hire items on site and ensure accurate recording of asset numbers for exchanges
- Coordinate transport activities for equipment collection and delivery
- Obtain quotes for repair and prioritise & arrange the completion of repairs to maximise asset availability to meet hires
- Provide technical and pricing support to internal stakeholders
- Monitor the completion of installations at site level to ensure customer expectations are met

**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills and experience
Knowledge of relevant building codes and practical requirements
Strong experience in estimation, pricing, and cost control
Confident communicator
Experience coordinating and managing transport & logistics
Ability to successfully manage contractors and suppliers
