What you will doReporting to the Permanent Modular Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site installation. This includes liaising and coordinating with a broad range of specialist trades, contractors, clients and suppliers who are all involved in the installation of our modular buildings. 

More specifically, responsibilities include:

  • Complete and submit all installation documentation within required timeframes.
  • Serve as contact for subcontractors, project coordinators, and departments to align facility, branch, and site work.
  • Communicate progress updates and seek approvals from the PMC Construction Manager.
  • Ensure worker and subcontractor compliance with ATCO and client safety policies.
  • Review and approve risk assessments before site work begins; address any safety issues.
  • Monitor installation schedule and communicate with clients to ensure timely, quality delivery.
  • Resolve operational or schedule issues; escalate unresolved matters while maintaining client relations.

What you will bring

  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction (or equivalent qualification)
  • Prior experience in trades such as carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, foremanship, or as a leading hand
  • A charismatic, upbeat and positive demeanour
  • Clear oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead, supervise, motivate and work within a team
  • Confidence in a client facing role and ability to manage a variety of stakeholders, supported by strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Forklift licence (desirable), Valid driver's licence & White Card
