Our client operates an exceeding 128-place service that provides high-quality education (and care) to families in the surrounding suburbs of Hampton and beyond.

You will join a state-of-the-art service that is architecturally designed with generous play spaces offering abundant natural light and opportunities for play-based exploration. Mirroring their methodology for learning with unique and sustainable resources that encourage a sense of self-awareness and community engagement, learning environments are open-plan and inviting.

The Reggio-inspired curriculum offered integrates elements of literacy, numeracy, science, music, social awareness, emotional intelligence and language development into a typical week. There is also access to a weekly visit from an Artist for creative art experiences and a qualified sports coach for an opportunity to work on motor skills.

**About you**:

- Must hold a Diploma or studying towards Bachelor's (required)
- A current Working with Children Check, child protection & first aid (required)
- The ability to be organised and ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- An understanding of the child-safe standards
- Strong communication skills, including writing to a high degree of professionalism
- Passionate in achieving the best quality of education and care with educators and the community for children and families.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
