The beautiful centre is designed with a focus on creating spacious, light-filled environments and caters to just short of 130 children. The award-winning design provides space for 10 generous sized play areas over two levels.

Complete with sparkling star sleeping nooks and a dedicated kindergarten outdoor environment focused on encouraging gross motor development, the centre recognises the needs of young children at all different ages. The service philosophies integrate both intentional teaching and child-led approaches and experiences and is based on the needs and interests of the children attending. Programming draws upon the Reggio Emilia approach, seeing the environment as a third teacher.

We are looking for a strong leader, with experience in a similar setting. You must demonstrate a proven ability to use your communication skills to persuade, engage, inspire, and motivate a team of passionate Educators to deliver optimal learning outcomes for the families being served. This service is part of a group of a dozen so there may be additiional employment opportunities post the contract completion.

- Coordinate daily operations of the centre, including but not limited to staffing, programming, health, and safety by following policies and procedures and maintaining and upholding policies and QIP.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, children, and families
- **Essential Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Highly desirbale, Diploma at absolute minimum)
- First Aid HLTAID004 Certificate, WWC Check current and valid, Food safety and child protection
- A natural ability to motivate, inspire, persuade and maange people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An unwavering passion for children, their learning and their care
- Champion problem-solving skills - and able to turn these into a win/win for parties involved whilst carefully juggling the needs of the business
- Demonstrated managing experience at both an operational and strategic level in a long daycare setting
- Extensive working knowledge of the VEYLDF, National Quality Standards, child safety standards, and regulations and a commitment to bring about positive outcomes for the service.
- Experience and confidence with A&Rs
- You will thrive under pressure and be adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- An ability to develop and nurture positive relationships with peers, families and children

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
