An exciting and rewarding opportunity exists for a person with excellent customer service and team leading skills to join our growing STACKED team as Area Manager of our artisan sandwich and signature bowls stores located in the heart of Sydney CBD, Mascot and North Sydney.

**The Role**
- Proactive leadership, coaching and development of our restaurants managers and their teams
- Manage our chain of restaurant network to achieve sales growth targets.
- Continually review, monitor and improve operations of our restaurants, ensuring consistency and a customer first culture.
- Build network capabilities by ensuring restaurants are set up for success. Through reporting and analyses of operations, continual training and implementing processes and procedures in line with Stacked standards.
- Cultivate and build relationships with the network to ensure an ongoing culture of transparency and cohesiveness is observed
- Assist the General Manager with the operational coordination of all new restaurant openings and ensure that new restaurant managers are trained and guided through the process

**About you**

Above all, we are looking for someone who gets stuff done. We can’t stress enough; this is a hands-on, fast paced role and you need to move quickly to be able to keep up.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same or a similar role.
- Multi-site management experience
- QSR or Hospitality experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to different situations and styles.
- Able to build credible relationships at all levels.
- Commercially aware, calm under pressure and objective.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all activities.
- Strong customer focus.
- Self-motivated to achieve results and deadlines

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
