**The Company**
Our client is a leading international provider of safety equipment and consumables, and is seeking a talented and driven individual to join their team as a Service Technician. In this role, you will install, service and download data from mobile devices installed in vehicles and you will be trained to do it. It's a great career start or change for someone who loves cars or technology and wants to learn new technical skills.

**The Role**:
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Install, maintain, repair, and test installed units and customer-owned products
- Ensure equipment meets specifications, customer requirements, and relevant standards
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Promote the installations and products positively to customers
- Deliver high-quality customer service in person and over the phone
- Conduct user training courses for program participants on the correct use of the devices and program requirements
- Perform job safety analysis to assess and eliminate potential hazardsand prioritise safety at all times
- Provide efficient and reliable service that meets customer needs and expectations
- Identify customer service requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Prepare and submit service job sheets promptly for timely invoicing and maintain accurate work reports
