**The Company**
Our client is a global family-owned business and a leading provider of safety and medical equipment. They are now seeking a well presented and customer focused team member to join them as an Installer/Service Technician in their breath alcohol detection division in Archerfield. In this role, you will install and service mobile devices in a variety of vehicles and you will be trained to do it. It's a great career start or change for someone who loves cars and technology and wants to learn new technical skills.

**The Role**:
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Meet and greet customers as they arrive for their booking.
- Install, maintain, repair, and test installed units and then train the customer on how to use it.
- Ensure all equipment meets specifications, customer requirements, and relevant standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Deliver high-quality customer service in person and over the phone.
- Perform job safety analysis to assess and eliminate potential hazards and prioritise safety at all times.
- Provide efficient and reliable service that meets customer needs and expectations.
- Prepare and submit service job sheets promptly for timely invoicing and maintain accurate work reports.
- There may be some travel to the Gold Coast required, all expenses covered.
