KSN Air Conditioning is a growing company, and we’re currently looking for the right person to join our team. We have an exciting opportunity for either a **Qualified Tradesman** or an **Apprentice** in the air conditioning industry.

**Position: Qualified Tradesman**

**Essential Skills and Qualities**:

- Proven experience in air conditioning installation and servicing.
- Strong leadership skills - able to manage both jobs and team members effectively.
- High-level knowledge of equipment maintenance and system installations.
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks such as lifting equipment and climbing ladders.
- Certificate IV in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is required.
- Commitment to following all workplace health and safety procedures.

**Position: Apprentice**

**Essential Skills and Qualities**:

- A strong willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to assist senior technicians on-site.
- Able to work well both independently and under supervision.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.

**About the Role**

We primarily focus on installation and service work across residential and commercial sites. You’ll gain valuable experience in a supportive and professional environment.

**Additional Information**
- Our base is in **Smeaton Grange** - if you are not prepared to travel to Smeaton Grange daily, this role may not be suitable for you.
