**What You’ll Do**
- Empower teams through clear direction, active support, coaching, and professional development.
- Drive the design and implementation of the Quality Management Framework and Quality Management System (QMS).
- Support strategic improvement initiatives in partnership with senior leaders.
- Oversee risk management, compliance, privacy, and internal audit programs.
- Facilitate effective governance through leadership of operational committees and reporting to executive and board-level stakeholders.
- Build strong internal and external partnerships to enhance service outcomes.
