**_A day in the life of a Co-Lead Educator _**

At Eden, we believe sharing is caring — and this role truly embodies that. As part of a job share, you’ll work closely with our current Lead Educator, collaborating on everything from programming and planning to mentoring junior team members. With flexible options like a 4-day week or 9-day fortnight for true balance.

**_You’ll be someone who _**
- Brings experience as a Lead Educator and leads with heart, care, and inclusivity
- Designs purposeful programs that empower children to explore, discover, and grow as independent learners
- Encourages curiosity, resilience, and confidence in every child
- Engages young minds through meaningful, intentional interactions and teaching

**_Skills & Strengths & Style _**
- A **Diploma in Early Childhood Education** (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- A current **Working with Children Check**.
- Strong knowledge of the **EYLF** and **National Quality Standards**.
- **Full Australian working rights.**:
