We are seeking an **experienced Care Worker (Nights)** to provide daily support to residents at our Bethanie Gwelup (112 bed) facility. You will support our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day to day activities, ensure safety and well-being is maintained and build positive professional relationships with residents and team members.

This position is **Permanent Part Time**. To be considered you will be required to be available to work 30 hours a week (hours guaranteed) to cover night shifts across the week from Monday to Sunday. **The shifts are from 11pm to 7am.**

**Responsibilities**
- Assess care plans, and ensure clients' needs are met
- Ensure services (including food, laundry, personal care, domestic and interest) are delivered in a timely and safe manner
- All personal care tasks (including toileting & showering) are delivered with dignity and respect
- Ensure clients rooms and facility environment is maintained to an appropriate standard

**Skills & Experience**
- Certificate III in Aged Care, **OR** _at least_ 18 months experience as a Care Worker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well as a team, and also independently
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group Inc.
- Experience using ICare or similar computer package highly regarded
