**Position Title**:Care Worker

**Location**:Innaloo 6018

We are currently seeking **Care Workers** at Casson Communities who are passionate about providing inclusive and supportive care to individuals with diverse needs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support a client with Butterfly Syndrome, Raynauds Disease, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, and Fibromyalgia.

**About the business**: As leaders in Mental Health and disability support services in Western Australia, Casson Homes Inc has been providing supportive accommodation since 1922. The Casson Communities division focuses on delivering support to NDIS clients with intellectual, psychological, and physical disabilities throughout the community.

**About the role**:As a Care Worker, you will provide vital assistance to a NDIS client in the community, helping them fulfill the objectives outlined in their NDIS plans. Your responsibilities will include facilitating community access, promoting social participation, assisting with daily living activities such as shopping and appointments, providing personal care, supporting clients in developing life and personal skills, and offering emotional support.

**Position requirements**:

- Ability to utilize mobility aids such as full hoists, standing hoists, slide sheets, etc.
- A well-rounded manual handling skill set is essential.
- Possession of a current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle for client transportation
- Willingness to obtain an NDIS worker screening check (obtained after a successful interview)
- Current First Aid certificate.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $28.95 per hour

- Perth, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
