We are seeking an **experienced Care Worker** to provide daily support to residents at our **Bethanie Gwelup** (112 bed) Aged Care Facility. You will support our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day to day activities, ensure safety and well-being is maintained and build positive professional relationships with residents and team members.

This position is currently being offered on a **Casual basis, **the successful applicant will have availability for morning and afternoon shifts.

**About the Role**:

- Assess care plans, and ensure clients' needs are met
- Ensure services (including food, laundry, personal care, domestic and interest) are delivered in a timely and safe manner
- All personal care tasks (including toileting & showering) are delivered with dignity and respect
- Ensure clients rooms and facility environment is maintained to an appropriate standard

**About You**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, **OR** _at least_ 18 months experience as a Care Worker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well as a team, and also independently
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group Inc.
- Experience using ICare or similar computer package highly regarded
