Coordinate the delivery of our early careers programs including Apprenticeships and Graduates, and support the enhancement, and ongoing expansion of the Learning Management Systems and other development programs.

We have an opportunity for an Early Careers and Learning Coordinator to join our welcoming and collaborative team in this highly rewarding role. You will play a key role in nurturing young talent as they move into the workforce and support us in evolving and expanding our programs. This will be a parental leave cover position based out of our brand new office on Collins Street.

About The Role
In this role you will be developing and maintaining programs, connecting with appropriate internal and external organisations and supporting managers and employees.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development and coordination of an organisational-wide apprenticeships program in line with organisational strategies and objectives.- Coordinating the organisation-wide graduates program including recruitment, commencement, events, learning, and rotations.- Assisting in the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a Learning Management System (LMS) to support the learning needs of the organisation.- Monitoring and reporting on training activities, completion rates and effectiveness.- Providing regular updates to our management team on the progress of our apprentices.- Ensuring all programs comply with government legislation, training frameworks, and industry standards.- Managing apprenticeship documentation and communicate effectively about programs, policies, and procedures.

About You

Our ideal new colleague will have a strong background in developing and implementing learning solutions, with a strong stakeholder engagement and ‘business partner’ approach.

In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Experience in delivering entry-level talent programs, including work apprenticeships and graduate programs would be highly regarded.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.- Self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic approach to daily operations and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.- A thorough understanding of industry practice.- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.- High level of organisation and prioritisation skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong computer skills.
