**Mornington Centre**:
Our new centre in Mornington has opened and we are really excited to welcome you to join us. Detailed attention has been placed on planning each indoor and outdoor space at our centre, with a focus on nature and sustainability. Our centre will be designed to stimulate children’s creativity, exploration and sense of belonging.

**The Role**:
We are looking to welcome Early Childhood Educators to join us. It’s an exciting role and a great way to start your career in the industry. You will have the opportunity to work alongside warm welcoming educators who can share their knowledge and ideas with you.

At Explorers we are inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and so an understanding of this practice is essential.

**We are looking to welcome Educators who are**:

- Enthusiastic and energetic
- Passionate about providing quality learning environments for children
- Committed and professional
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS

**Key requirements**:

- An approved early learning qualification, or evidence of studying towards an early learning qualification.
- A demonstrated interest in children and their development
- First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Working with children check
- Working rights
- Visa / Passport
- Photo ID
