A full time, permanent opportunity has become available in our Bupa Health Services Quality Assurance team, reporting into the Quality Assurance Lead. This is a hybrid role and based out of our Melbourne CBD office when not working from home.

As the Risk & Quality Analyst you will play a key role in supporting the Quality Assurance Lead to develop, implement and maintain a quality framework across the business.

**How will I help?
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Assisting the Quality Assurance Lead in ongoing maintenance of the Quality plan and Quality objectives
- Data gathering, analysis and reporting to support continuous improvement as required
- Assisting staff to ensure all reported incidents, complaints and compliments are entered into the incident management system and actioned
- Performing quality functions including policy and procedure writing, inspection and testing of process controls
- Assisting with internal and external audit programs including conducting audits, documenting and or reviewing audit reports
- Involvement in special projects as advised by the Quality Assurance Lead
- High level secretariat duties including, Minute/action/decision taking reporting on follow-up action, drafting of correspondence and assist with meeting coordination
- Assisting with achieving and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification for ADF Health Services Contract
- Work Health & Safety System support
- Assisting with monitoring and maintaining certification to the International Safety Standard ISO 45001.

**What do I need?**
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), policies and procedures, internal audit programs and incident management programs as well as Work Health & Safety (WHS) systems
- 1+ years’ experience working in a project management office in a large-scale environment in a Secretary/Business Support/PMO Analyst role
- Prior experience within a Defence Contract or Health or exposure to clinical operations will be highly regarded
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communications skills
- Experience developing and maintaining reporting and dashboards
- Advanced Excel skills, including use of complex formulae and macros
- Track record of achieving deadlines in a high volume, pressured environment with high levels of accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously and take accountability for deliverables and outcomes
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management system (desirable)
- Work Health & Safety Foundation (desirable)
- Diploma of Business Management or equivalent (desirable)
- **This is a Security Cleared Position. The occupant must be an Australian Citizen and must be eligible to obtain and uphold a Baseline Security Clearance.**
