**Job Description**:

We are currently recruiting for a Medical Events & Conferences Coordinator, Australia & New Zealand to join our Division based at our head office in North Ryde.
This role will see you responsible for various activities which include, but are not limited to:
- Event database management and reporting
- Proactive collaboration with Health Care Compliance (HCC) engagement to ensure all events/sponsorship follows approval checks and requirements e.g. GEMSC approval
- Work with marketing to create and maintain planning calendar of all events - ability to hand over during leave periods to ensure event running as per plan.
- Educational seminar event management
- Tradeshow co-ordination and management
- Registrations for conference/tradeshows
- Sourcing & booking external venues/exhibition space & venue liaison
- Management of the storage of central collateral, shipping / logistics and manage the delivery and return of collateral, samples and stands to and from tradeshows
- Manage all catering / hospitality arrangements
- Delegate attendance and processing (forms, badges, hotels etc.)
- Conference furniture hires
- Manage KOL / speaker payments and logistics in conjuction with SA&E
- Processing of invoices and payment follow up for vendors
- Ensure compliance checks and integrity assessments are processed where necessary
- Daily lead queue monitoring in Salesforce. Daily monitoring of the division’s inbox monitoring for lead inquiries.
The successful person will have
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks on a weekly and daily basis
- An ability to navigate and master multiple systems and processes to get the job done with a no-fuss attitude
- Great interpersonal skills to help manage and find helpful solutions for urgent team queries or concerns
