**The Company**

Our client is a leading supplier of interior and exterior surface coatings that protect and beautify wood and a variety of other substrates. For over 80 years the company has utilised its technical strength to develop, manufacture and supply high quality, low environmental impact products.

**The Role**

As Customer Service Team Leader you will provide encouragement and guidance to team members, communicating team goals to create a support team that provides quality customer service.

You will develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company processes and performance goals, interact with customers, answer team member questions and customer enquiries, and help the team cultivate relationships to drive sales and support customers.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Recent experience leading a customer service team in a commercial/industrial product (or similar) organisation
- A coach, mentor and someone the team will turn to for development and support
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on resolving both customer and team member concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Workflow management skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills and exceptional phone manner
- Hands-on team player, who takes responsibility for their work
- Results focused
