They are spread across our large Fulfilment Centre, HQ and Production Hub and our expertise covers Inventory, Inbound, Outbound and Delivery Experience. **A bit about the role ** As the Team Lead you will be managing a Warehouse Team that is responsible for ensuring the picking, packing and consolidation of all customer orders is complete with the highest level of attention and precision. **What you will do** - Have a safety first mentality and always look for opportunities to improve the safety of our workplace. - A confident and capable people leader who will lead with the company's best interests in mind, reporting any incidents or near misses to leaders. - Competent in being the first point of contact for any performance related conversations or concerns and can effectively triage information to the right people. - Act as a role model, trusted and respected by team members and leaders alike. - Have the ability to look holistically at the individual team's needs and our business goals and adjust daily plans to accommodate both. - Lead engaging and useful toolbox meetings for the team. - Act as a systems guru and being called upon to champion any system training - Be a self-starter and enjoy working autonomously, but also able to take direction and fulfil requested tasks - Be a confident multi-tasker and enjoy working in a fast paced warehouse environment - Enthusiastic about training and development, and I am dedicated to identifying areas of opportunity and working with staff to improve results. - Be proactive and always look for ways to improve the processes in the department **What we are looking for** - Strong leadership experience from working in warehousing environments. - A confident multi-tasker and enjoy working in a fast paced warehouse environment - Ability to have difficult conversations and have ample amount of experience managing conflict resolution. - Exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills. - Experience leading large and diverse teams. - Trustworthy and take accountability for my actions as well as my team's actions. - Extremely reliable and able to be flexible with time as per business needs. - Actively deliver and accept feedback. - Have a safety-first mentality, putting the health and wellbeing of the team members first. - Be flexible and adaptable depending on what the team and the business needs. **Life at THE ICONIC** From our ways of working to our growth mindset and sustainable approach, we each add unique value and have an incredible amount of fun doing it People are our greatest asset and our ICONITE experience is designed to empower you to do your best work.
