**Overview**
Due to recent growth, we are looking for Customer Service superstars to join our Operations Primary Connect support team.

**About Us**
Primary Connect, a division of Woolworths operates a National distribution network, consisting of road, rail and ocean transport services and 3PL(Third Party Logistics) storage facilities.
We’re passionate about our customer’s products and moving them in the safest and freshest way possible. Our vision is to consistently deliver outstanding service, and to be the preferred, trusted supply chain partner for our valued customers.

**The Opportunity**
The key responsibilities of the Operations support team within our Primary Connect team will include, however, not be limited to:

- Supporting our Customers and Carrier Partners with on day collection and deliveries
- Liaising with suppliers, carriers and warehouse staff to rearrange bookings, deliveries and follow up of transport issues
- Investigating and resolving inquiries and issues on behalf of our Customers and Carriers Partners

**Who we are looking for**
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a positive attitude with a passion for customers. Additionally, we are seeking the following skills and experience.
- Previous experience acrossTransport, warehousing or customer service
- Experience with various computer programs: Microsoft, Google, SAP, Salesforce
- Highly curious and a quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative environment
- Flexible, willing to learn, friendly and reliable and work efficiently in a team environment
- Enthusiastic, with a positive attitude, focused on customer service and attention to detail
- Ability to pre-empt and identify issues and troubleshoot
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude
