**What’s the role?**

As a Legal & Assurance Lead, you’ll be part of the team that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes—making sure our processes are clear, efficient, and actually work. You’ll help others get their jobs done, support regulatory activities, and bring smart thinking to complex reviews.

**What do I need?**
- A knack for simplifying complex stuff and making it useful
- Confidence working with systems, processes, and people
- Curiosity to ask “why?” and courage to suggest “what if?”
- A collaborative mindset—you’ll be working across teams
- An eye for detail and a drive to do things the right way
