What you'll do: We have several exciting opportunities for commercially focused Finance Business Partners to join our team and shape the future of our portfolios: Merchandise (Beauty & Health)Wholesale Digital, Marketing & Retail Media In these newly created and growth-focused roles, you'll provide strategic financial guidance, develop robust business cases, and deliver insights that help leadership teams make informed, results-driven decisions.
You'll own the P&L for your portfolio, identify key risks and opportunities, partner closely with key business stakeholders, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
In these roles, you will: Partner with leaders to enable sound, data-driven decision-making Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews Build and assess business cases that drive efficiency and value Deliver clear, actionable performance reporting for senior stakeholders Promote financial accountability and commercial acumen across the business If you're a proactive finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an impact across high-growth portfolios, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll bring: Several years practical experience with at least 5 years' relevant business partnering experience.
Proven ability to develop effective partnerships between support and business functions.
Extensive experience in management accounting, performance management and reporting, business planning and budgeting.
Experience in financial evaluation of projects (NPV, ROC etc.) and initiatives and the preparation of formal business cases.
Experience using large ERP systems & BI tools (SAP, BPC, Micro Strategy, Power BI).
Advanced Excel and extensive financial modelling experience with large and multiple data sources.
CPA or CA certification.
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline.
Strong FMCG, Retail or Pharmaceutical experience an advantage.
